Bring family, friends or colleagues together at The Cattle Barn near Cle Elum. Our shorter barn event rental is available for birthday parties, reunions, baby showers, bridal showers and company meetings. Plan a gathering for up to 100 people on a selected Monday through Thursday during our April 1–November 1 event season.

Four hours for $600, plus Washington sales tax
The rental starts at $600 for four hours. Additional time is $150 per hour, up to a total rental of eight hours. Washington sales tax is added to these prices. Select the amount of time that fits the whole gathering, including preparations before guests arrive and cleanup afterward.

Setup and cleanup count toward your rental time. For example, if you book four hours, preparation, the gathering itself and cleanup must all fit within those four hours. Discuss the start and finish times with Nancy before booking so you can plan a comfortable schedule.
A barn setting for your gathering
Birthday parties
Mark a birthday with the people you want around you. Tell Nancy the size of your group, your preferred date and the activities you have in mind. Allow time in your booking for decorations, arranging your gathering and leaving the facility ready at the end.
Family and other reunions
Bring your reunion group together in one place. A guest count of up to 100 makes this rental an option for a gathering of relatives, friends or former classmates. Start with a head count and a simple schedule, then discuss how you would like to use the barn facility.
Baby showers and bridal showers
Both baby showers and bridal showers are welcome. Share your plans with Nancy, including the number of guests and any setup you are considering. Whether the gathering is centered on conversation, gifts or time together, include preparation and cleanup when deciding how many hours to reserve.
Company meetings
Arrange a shorter company gathering away from your usual meeting space. This event rental is available for company meetings of up to 100 people. The barn facility is included; the Ranch House is not
This rental includes the entire barn facility. The Ranch House is excluded from the short barn event rental. When you contact Nancy, describe how you intend to use the facility and ask about the arrangements for your event. The limit for this rental is 100 people. Other pages describe different rental packages and overall venue capacities; those do not increase the guest limit for this short event option. Compare the rental options if you need a different format.
Selected Monday–Thursday dates, April 1–November 1
Barn events are available on selected Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the regular event season, April 1 through November 1. Dates are subject to availability; confirm your date with Nancy before making arrangements. Contact Nancy with your preferred date, an alternate date if you have one, your guest count and the number of rental hours you need.
Before finalizing your plans, review the Celebration information and discuss any event-specific questions with Nancy. Keep the eight-hour maximum and the time needed for setup and cleanup in your schedule. Nancy can confirm whether your proposed date and rental window are available.

What spaces are included?
The entire barn facility is included. The Ranch House is not included in this event rental.
