Our extended family and the Schuler family owned and operated the ranch together for 20 years. We recently transferred ownership to Brian Stickney and his family through St. Eligius, LLC. As another longtime Kittitas County family, they are continuing the tradition of caring for and protecting this historic land.
My family and I continue to manage and operate The Cattle Barn wedding venue, welcoming couples and their guests for memorable celebrations in this special ranch setting.
Brian and his family now manage and operate the ranch, where they graze part of their cattle herd.

A cowgirl at heart
Horses are part of our family’s everyday life. I competed in reining and won many classes. Today, I enjoy arena and trail riding with my children and grandchildren. I ride almost every day.
Our family keeps up to 15 horses, and we train the young ones for the grandchildren, who have ridden since they were one year old. Sharing time in the saddle is a big part of our family story.
Hosting weddings since spring of 2016
Since 2016, the barn, the valley and the working ranch have been the setting I share with couples as they plan their wedding celebrations.
Come see the spaces, bring your ideas and let’s talk about the day you have in mind.
What to expect when you work with me
Come walk the ranch with me and picture your celebration here. Bring your date ideas and an approximate guest count. I’ll show you the barn, ceremony arbor, patios and Ranch House getting-ready spaces together. I’ll talk through the rental options, access times and the table and chair inventory for your layout. We’ll explore a weather plan for your whole group. Planning more than 199 guests? See our tent guidance. You choose your own caterer and other vendors, and we can talk about how they’ll use the spaces. Ask me about parking, camping or the questions on your mind. Your tour is a chance to see the setting and work through the details before choosing your date.
