2027 venue rental
$3,950 plus Washington sales tax.
Access: 4 p.m. on the setup day until 8 a.m. two mornings later.
Move in on the setup day, hold your wedding the following day and depart the morning after the wedding. For example: Tuesday setup, Wednesday wedding and Thursday departure.
Rehearsal dinner
A rehearsal dinner is permitted on the move-in day. Coordinate the arrangements with Nancy.
What your rental includes
Barn and grounds, two patios, a catering area and dedicated bar area, tables and chairs subject to the available inventory, four restrooms beside the barn, the Ranch House main floor for getting ready, and on-site parking. Catering and other independently booked services are separate. The Ranch House is not overnight lodging.

All setup, deliveries, cleanup and departure must fit within your rental window. Review booking, insurance and event responsibilities with Nancy, and confirm your arrangements in your written agreement.
