$2,950 plus Washington sales tax.
Access: 4 p.m. on the arrival day until 8 a.m. the following morning.
Plan one midweek celebration with next-morning departure. All setup, deliveries, cleanup and removal must fit within the agreed access window.
Rehearsal dinner
This rental does not provide enough time for a rehearsal dinner.
What your rental includes
Barn and grounds, two patios, a catering area and dedicated bar area, tables and chairs subject to the available inventory, four restrooms beside the barn, the Ranch House main floor for getting ready, and on-site parking. Catering and other independently booked services are separate. The Ranch House is not overnight lodging.
