Midweek rental options
The current midweek packages and rental terms apply to corporate meetings. Washington sales tax is additional. Availability must be confirmed with Nancy.
Midweek One-Day — $2,950 plus Washington sales tax
Access is from 4 p.m. on arrival day until 8 a.m. the following morning. Plan setup, deliveries, your meeting, cleanup and departure within that window.

Midweek Two-Day — $3,950 plus Washington sales tax
Access is from 4 p.m. on setup day until 8 a.m. two mornings later. Use the setup day to prepare, hold your meeting the following day, and depart the next morning.

Your rental window includes setup, deliveries, cleanup and removal. Return the venue to the same clean condition and return tables and chairs to their original or designated locations one hour before the scheduled end time. Review booking, insurance and other responsibilities in the rental terms and your signed contract.
What is provided
Published venue rentals include the barn and grounds, two patios, a catering area and dedicated bar area, tables and chairs subject to available inventory, four restrooms beside the barn, and on-site parking.

Event staffing, assistance and event management are not included unless expressly agreed in a signed written attachment to your contract. Your group is responsible for managing its event and coordinating vendors, deliveries and collections. Discuss your meeting setup and equipment requirements with Nancy before booking.
