Two midweek wedding options
The prices below are the 2027 venue rental prices published on our Rates pages. Washington sales tax is additional. A small or micro wedding uses these standard packages and inclusions; there is no separate small-wedding discount or package. Catering and other independently booked services are separate from the venue rental.
Midweek One-Day — $2,950 plus Washington sales tax
Access: 4 p.m. on the arrival day until 8 a.m. the following morning. This option provides for one midweek celebration with next-morning departure. All setup, deliveries, cleanup and removal must fit within the agreed access window. Consider how much preparation your plans require before choosing the shorter rental.
The Midweek One-Day rental does not provide enough time for a rehearsal dinner. If a rehearsal dinner is part of your plans, compare the two-day option and talk with Nancy about your arrangements.

Midweek Two-Day — $3,950 plus Washington sales tax
Access: 4 p.m. on the setup day until 8 a.m. two mornings later. Move in on the setup day, hold your wedding the following day and depart the morning after the wedding. For example: Tuesday setup, Wednesday wedding and Thursday departure. This gives you a separate setup day within the rental window.
A rehearsal dinner is permitted on the move-in day for the Midweek Two-Day rental. Coordinate the arrangements with Nancy. Setup, deliveries, cleanup and removal still need to fit within the agreed access window.
The same barn spaces and wedding inclusions
Both midweek rentals include the barn and grounds, two patios, a catering area and dedicated bar area, tables and chairs subject to the available inventory, four restrooms beside the barn, the Ranch House main floor for getting ready, and on-site parking. These are the same inclusions described on the individual rental pages.
The Ranch House provides a getting-ready space with two bathrooms and a small kitchen area. It is not overnight lodging. Explore the Ranch House and available tables, chairs and furnishings as you think about your arrangements, and confirm your setup with Nancy.
Catering and other independently booked vendors are separate. Consider the services you want for your celebration when planning your overall wedding budget; the venue price is one part of that total. The Rates page provides the full comparison of rental formats.
Small, intimate and micro weddings
Whether you call your celebration a small wedding, an intimate wedding or a micro wedding, start with the people you want to bring together and the experience you would like to share. We do not use a separate guest-count range to define these terms. Tell Nancy your estimated attendance so you can discuss the spaces and arrangements for your group.
A smaller guest list does not automatically mean less setup time. Think through decorations, deliveries, getting ready, the ceremony, time with your guests and cleanup. The one-day option may suit a simpler schedule, while the two-day option gives you a separate move-in day. Choose based on the time your plans need, and confirm the details before booking.
Midweek dates during the event season
Our wedding and event season runs from April 1 through November 1. Midweek dates are subject to availability. Bring Nancy your preferred date, an alternate if you have one, your expected guest count and the rental option you are considering. Discuss the access window before you arrange vendors or invite guests.
Review the Celebration information and Guidelines and Rules as you plan. Booking, insurance and event responsibilities should be reviewed with Nancy and confirmed in your written agreement. All setup, deliveries, cleanup and departure must take place within your rental window.
