$6,950 plus Washington sales tax.
Access: Friday noon until Sunday at 8 a.m.
Use Friday for setup, rehearsal and your rehearsal dinner, then celebrate your wedding on Saturday. All setup, deliveries, cleanup and departure must fit within the agreed rental window.
Rehearsal dinner
A Friday-evening rehearsal dinner is permitted. Coordinate the arrangements with Nancy.
What your rental includes
Barn and grounds, two patios, a catering area and dedicated bar area, tables and chairs subject to the available inventory, four restrooms beside the barn, the Ranch House main floor for getting ready, and on-site parking. Catering and other independently booked services are separate. The Ranch House is not overnight lodging.
Plan your arrangements
All setup, deliveries, cleanup and departure must fit within your rental window. Review booking, insurance and event responsibilities with Nancy, and confirm your arrangements in your written agreement.
