2026 Rates

The Saturday rental option runs from Friday at noon to Sunday at 8 AM, providing ample time for a Friday rehearsal, a relaxed Saturday ceremony and reception, and a stress-free Sunday for cleanup. This option is $6,950 plus Washington sales tax.

This booking includes full access to The Cattle Barn, surrounding grounds, catering area, bar, four outdoor restrooms, patios, tables/chairs, and the ranch house for wedding preparations.

This booking covers use of our facilities from Sunday at 10 AM to Monday at noon for $3,950 plus WA sales tax. Rehearsals may be scheduled at other times if necessary.
