Our rates

Rental includes use of our facilities from 12pm Friday, all day Saturday, and move out by 8am on Sunday morning. 

The Saturday option for the year 2024  is $5,950 (plus Washington Sales Tax).  

With this option there is ample time for set up, a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, if desired, on Friday.  Saturday is usually reserved purely for the ceremony and reception afterparty.  Sunday morning is for clean up and move out by 8am. 

Rental includes use of our facilities from Sunday at 10am through 10am on Monday for a rental fee of $4,750 (plus Washington Sales Tax). 

Rehearsal times may be scheduled at other times if needed.

Included in the Sunday option is the use of The Cattle Barn and surrounding grounds, catering area, bar, 4 restrooms outside the barn, patio areas, tables and chairs , and use of the ranch house for preparing for the wedding.
